NTSAL is a marketing startup company located in Egypt and Germany. The design of this project took place in early 2019. The main concept of this office is offering the employees the sense of comfortable and cozy feeling during their flexible working hours on a daily basis, in which they do not have the typical fixed 8 hours job. They would like to go anytime a day and still get the feeling of enjoying their second home. the space is basically divided into 2 zones. A private space for important meetings, and big open space that includes: informal work space, kitchenette and informal meeting space, and finally a lounge. The space as described briefly above is mainly divided into 2 zones: formal and informal work spaces. The user will be introduced to a buffer zone/ cloak room when he first walk in, and then the informal workspace, where there are some desk on the left side, lounge/ zoom meetings, meeting table, and a kitchenette. The space was provided by two steps allowing more storage space and for bathroom drainage requirements. The second private zone is a private meeting space with two big sanded glass sliding doors and another private bathroom.
