Simon-Kücher & Partners is a strategy and marketing consultant company located in around 27 countries with 42 offices all around the globe. They had the idea of expanding in Egypt and move to a whole new office in one of the prime locations in Cairo, which is Al-Zamalek. The office is divided into 4 main zones: Private zone, semi private zone, informal work space, and services. Simon-Kücher & Partners office is located in an old protected building, so one of the main challenges was how to divide the space to meet client’s requirements, putting into consideration the big wide beams at depth of 60 cm cutting the space in more than one occasion.
